Italian Judges: 'Recruiting Suicide Bombers Not Terrorism

A panel of Italian judges ruled on Wednesday that recruiting suicide bombers "could not be considered terrorism because during an armed conflict the only acts that count as terrorism are "acts exclusively directed against a civilian population.""

It appears that the "panel of judges" employed an anti-American bias in their decision-making, exhibited by their inclusion in their decision, the statement - "The recruitment of volunteers in Iraq to fight against the Americans cannot be considered under any circumstance terrorist activity."

Embracing terrorism, will only result in the death of more Italians, Americans, Iraqis, etc., etc., etc., !!! If we didn't know better, we would think that the "Italian" panel of judges were from the American judiciary.
