In Hollywood, the U.S. is the enemy, not the terrorists

Topics: War on Terror - the issues.

Andrew Cochran at TheCounterterrorism Blog has the goods on Hollywood: "It's clear from the Oscar nominations and current crop of movies that Hollywood just isn't going to aim its cameras at the terrorists who hate us (especially the Hollywood culture) and who try to kill us. In Hollywood, the enemy is the United States of America."

terrorism.jpgHollywood continues to spout it's typical liberal propaganda, designed to convince the public that the real threat to America comes from the Bush Administration, not the terrorists that it seeks to capture or kill us all. They have done as much to encourage and enable the propaganda machine of the terrorists, as the terrorist planners themselves. As in the image here, to Hollywood, anti-terrorism is the enemy, not the terrorists (how appropriate that the demonstration was on Hollywood Blvd - click image, or here, for more.)

Actors, producers, screenwriters and directors of Southern California live in a bubble, where coast, climate and plentiful capital shield the film industry from the harsh world. In their good intentions, these tanned utopians can afford to dream away fascist killers and instead rail at Western bogeymen -- even in the midst of a global war against Middle East jihadists who wish to trump what they wrought at the World Trade Center and Pentagon.
