Clinton in Pakistan: Convict cartoon publishers
Topics: DhimmitudeAccording to reports in the Islamic press and elsewhere, former President Bill Clinton today called for the conviction of European papers that published satirical cartoons of Muhammad.
Although this was not the first time that Clinton spoke out against the Muhammad cartoons, it was the first time he spoke publicly about prosecuting Westerners for their freedom of speech choices in regards to the cartoon controversy.
Sadly, the man has no clue as to just how far his words will go toward encouraging Muslim jihadists to use violence to accomplish their goals - the Islamization of the West. He just symbolically flushed democratic values and freedoms down the toilet of Islamofascism. Jihadists around the globe have no idea that this man does not speak for the majority of Americans who believe that Islam's beliefs are not the "required beliefs" of non-Muslims, and that the jihadists strict interpretations are not necessarily those of moderate Muslims.
No one wants their faith to be criticized, but truly moderate Muslims and non-Muslims understand that such is the case in a modern, free and open Western secular society.
As I wrote yesterday, we Christians (and Jews) are greatly offended almost daily by what the media enjoy publishing just to annoy us, such as images of the Virgin Mary in elephant dung and the Crucifix in a glass tube with urine and blood, but we mannage to express our displeasure without violent protests and murder...
Bill Clinton's words are the words of a fool, perhaps better described as the words of a true dhimmi. The rioting Muslim's prophet is their prophet, and their restrictions are theirs - not that of non-Muslims, and no one, regardless of their faith, is under any obligation to submit to the beliefs of others.
The Muslims that are rioting deserve to be just as much subject to satire as the rest of humanity on the planet. Bill Clinton may be intimidated, but most of us are not - moderate Muslims and non-Muslims alike, and never will be!
