British Urging Crackdown On Muslim Protestors

And this picture shows why...

... many British citizens are saying that the police are so worried about Muslim violence they are backing off enforcement of the country's laws. One would think that placards and comments such as "Behead the one who insults the prophet," "Butcher those who mock Islam," "Be Prepared for the Real Holocaust," and even wearing a mock suicide vest - seven months after four suicide bombers killed themselves and 52 other people in London, would be considered as being "sufficiently over the top" to result in arrests. But it's not happening!

So why was it that the leader of the British National Party was put on trial charged with nciting racial hatred for calling Islam a "wicked, vicious faith," while the Muslim protesters "say they are going to kill us all and the police do absolutely nothing?

Even the chairman of the Muslim Public Affairs Committee, Asghar Bukhari, called the protesters holding the offending placards "a bunch of thugs," and said in an interview that police should take action against them: "I can't believe they haven't broken the law." He said that it would be a real tragedy for non-Muslims to believe that these radicals represented most Muslims and come away thinking "these barbarians don't understand our way - "Then, those who would like a clash of civilizations will have had their day." On the other hand, isn't "a clash of civilizations and cultures exactly what we're witnessing? The real irony is that the clash of civilizations and cultures is not only between actual civilizations and cultures, but also within the Muslim faith itself!
