The Lie Detector That Detects Your Lie Without You Even Knowing You're Being Tested
Topics: War on TerrorWhat's a "remote personnel assessment device? It's a lie detector that can be used without the subject knowing they are being assessed. It doesn't exist yet, but the U.S. Department of Defense has plans for it. And it could also be used to pinpoint fighters hiding in a combat zone, or even to spot signs of stress that might mark someone out as a terrorist or suicide bomber.
