Is Teddy Making A Last Gasp On Alito?

According to a Drudge Report flash, the office of the Senate Democrat's bastion of truth and moral certitude (my words not Drudge's) - Senater Ted Kennedy, is behind a last ditch effort to stop Judge Samuel A. Alito's confirmation before next week's vote. And it's another brainchild of Kennedy's legal aide, James Flug (an expert on judicial assassination).
