Harvey Family Murders: Was Participant In The Crime Subsequently A Victim? (Updated)

Topics: Harvey Family Murders

mug-Gray-&-Dandridge200.jpegApparently, Ashley Baskerville, one of the seven victims bound and slain in South Richmond last week, was more than a casual acquaintance of the two men charged in the murder of the Harvey family. According to police, she may have sat in the van on the morning of the Harvey's murder, keeping an eye on the neighborhood while the killers, Ray Joseph Dandridge and Ricky Gevon "Cooley" Gray, entered the Harvey home "with the intention of robbing the occupants."

As Dan Riehl points out, could it be that Baskerville initially hooked up with Dandridge through his Internet based ad?

And BTW, be sure to check out this Ricky Grey and Ray Dandridge timeline.

Update: Riehl World View has an "Update On Dandridge And Gray."

The way these men operated, the methods they used to murder their victims; all strongly suggests a motive based on hate for the people they murdered versus a simple lust for stolen goods.
