Coulter: 'Fork Replaces Donkey as Democratic Party Symbol' (Updated)
Topics: Political News and commentariesAnn Coulter on the rout going on in the Alito hearings:
(...) Liberals are being routed. They can change the lineup, the manager, the coach, but the losing streak never ends. By and large, Republicans aren't even bothering to send in their A team anymore. Alito can start wearing his iPod to the hearings. By the end of the hearings, he'll be addressing the senators as "dude."I like that - Judge Alito wearing his iPod and addressing Kennedy as "Hey there, Dude." That's much more respect than Teddy "Chappaquiddick" Kennedy deserves. [Hey Ted, we know you're interested in CAP - but where were you and what were you doing on July 19, 1969?](...) For fun, we ought to replace all the Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee with "American Idol" contestants (assuming they wouldn't object to serving on a committee that includes a degenerate like Teddy Kennedy). Democrats would still not be able to persuade a single normal American that Sam Alito is "out of the mainstream."

Ann Coulter is one of the grosses people I have ever listened to. She is rude, rabid, and sometimes downright irrational. After listening to her a few times and reading several of her editorials, I change the channel anytime I see her come up.I wonder sometimes if she is invited on some talk shows just for the talk effect. She would have been a good Nazi.

I meant "shock" effect, not "talk" effect.

SNIP: Please read the rest...
Richard:
I couldn't get the "read the rest" link to work.
My computer has been acting up lately, so that could be the problem, but I thought I would bring it to your attention just in case.
PS: I love reading anything Coulter has to say.

The link works for me ... Coulter is a person you either love or hate. She's a polarizer!

That's true; she doesn't suffer fools gladly. And for that I thank her. We need more people like her- unafraid to call a spade a spade.

My reaction to Ann Coulter is not just because of a liberal/conservative difference of opinion, although this is part of it. I know a lot of conservatives who dislike her also. I would put Michael Moore in "one of the grossest people" category right with her. Two peas in a pod, although she is a little more pleasant to look at, just different sides of the house. Both extremists and out of balance, obviously IMO.

Ann Coulter.
Abrasive? Polarizing? Yes.
A nazi? No.
Anyone can call anyone a nazi anytime, anywhere. It is so overused as to be a useless term anymore.

Sandstorm - I didn't say she "is" a Nazi. I said she would have been a good Nazi.
