The opening paragraph of this report reflect its inaccuracy of relating what actually took place:

Sydney's southern beaches were rocked by another outbreak of racially-fuelled riots late last night, with gangs of youths rampaging through Cronulla and nearby suburbs, smashing cars and damaging shops.

There were also unconfirmed reports of gunshots at Cronulla as at least six people were arrested in the latest explosion of violence.

Everyone knew that this was going to happen. So why is it that the police were not present in large numbers in order to prevent the destruction? Instead of being at Cronulla, they were outside of the Lakemba mosque (a mosque that is well known for the views of an extremist imam) where 600 men had gathered and who were probably shouting Allah Akbar, for there was no sign of Australians gathering outside of this mosque.

The reporter writes about the "appeals for calm", but fails to mention that it was the Lebanese who engineered the situation in the first place. Several correspondents have written about their feeling of disgust over what took place, but their feelings of disgust are both misguided and misplaced. Why is it that they do not feel the same disgust when they hear about yet another "skippy" of no more than 13 or 14 being raped by Lebanese and Pakistani Muslim men.

I believe that the situation of violence could have been avoided but that two players did not want to stop that violence. The small group of neo-Nazis who were present wanted the violence to give them an excuse to bash the Middle Eastern people. They were acting out of their own racial hatred. The Lebanese knew that there was going to be a confrontation and instead of staying away, they deliberately provoked the situation. Even the young woman who was attacked because she was wearing hijab has only herself to blame - by going to the beach and wearing hijab she left herself open to the racists within the Australian crowd.

The Islamists are ready to scream "victim" and the Australians who have behaved offensively by attacking this group have left the way open for this to happen. What a stupid move by those yobbos who could not manage to conduct themselves with any sense of decorum at Cronulla Beach.

I have seen very little in the way of comment that condemns the actions at Maroubra that left a 42 year old woman with wounds to her forehead after she was bashed by Islamists wielding baseball bats. This has been glossed over because the reporters were all about loudly condemning Australians who were letting everyone know that they are fed up with these Lebanese men coming to Cronulla and the other beaches and behaving so rudely towards Australian, Asian, Indian and others men women and children.

The MSM needs to move away from their Dhimmi leftist politics and forget about being politically correct, and just get on with the job of being fair reporters. They are not achieving that objective with the bias that is so obvious in their reporting.

UPDATE: I have not seen an Internet report on this particular incident, but I have seen the TV news footage. Shots were fired at a Catholic Church, St. Joseph the Worker, where the children were singing Carols. Cardinal Pell has condemned the outright religious bigotry that this incident has displayed. As soon as I find a news report on the incident I will post further details. (Maggie in Sydney)
