Al Qaeda Heading To China?

Topics: Terrorism

According to DEBKAfile, "in mid-September, Al Qaeda diverted a small but potent force from Iraq to a new mission: the opening of a new front in China.

The unit was smuggled into the Chinese border town of Kushi in the Xinjiang Uygur province in November, after a meandering journey traced by DEBKA-Net-Weekly's counter-terror sources.

There, the terrorists were quickly absorbed by the al-Qaeda infrastructure of local Uygur Muslim (Uyghur) extremist cells." (More)

Although we haven't heard much, if anything, from the media about the Uyghurs, and although the biggest names and largest percentage of captured Al Qaeda members continue to be primarily of Middle Eastern or South Asian origin, every now and then reports mention other, more exotic figures in the mix of captured and killed: Chechens from the Caucuses, Uzbeks, Filipino Moros, and, infrequently but not unnoticed, Uyghurs from China's Xinjiang province.

This isn't just China's problem, it's our problem also! We could be hearing much more about this in the near future.

And please tell me that you're not one of those Deaniac moonbats that don't believe or understand the threat of radical Islam and Islamofascism. Think of war (the world wide War On Terror that we're involved in now), think of envelopment, and then just look at the map!

These haters may have their factional rivalries, but one driving force unites all of them: a fierce resentment of the West, of modernity, of tolerance, of any society that lets people be themselves.

Al Qaida is not in China. China isn't in Iraq and they don't support the war in Iraq. Remember, Richard, Al Qaida is a figment of the Bush Administration and they didn't exist until the Zionist Neo-Con agenda took over Washington and started a war for oil.

My head hurts from typing that.

The US government and the Bush Administration supports the Uigur struggle for independance from communist China. The Uigur homeland, East Turkistan, is OCCUPIED by Red China and the US recognizes the Uigur's right to self-determination. You all are a bunch of morons and I'd like to see if any of you has the balls to approach an Islamist and say this to his face.

Computer geeks.

Dildo,
First of all, your comments come within a hair's breath of being censored for language, not content.

Secondly, you are absolutely right about East Turkistan being occupied by Red China - and wrongly so, as is the case of Tibet. Also, the population is predominantly Muslim, but Islamists are now trying to take advantage of the legitimate struggle of the Uigers for independence from China.

Islamists are militant and violent terrorist thugs with an agenda of Islamofascism and the forcefull establishment of Sharia law. If you don't know this - you need to be come educated to that fact. If you know this and support them, you are lacking an ability to think straight - and need counseling.

As for having the courage to tell Islamists what I've just said - we do so every single day at Hyscience.

And by the way, if you took the time to read the Hyscience profile (available via the banner), you'd already know that we are definately not "computer geeks," and instead, have significant international academic, business, and scientific experience. And yes we have traveled extensively throughtout the Middle East and Europe (and as a Marine in Vietnam and Asia), and have had the opportunity(and seized upon it) to discuss the issue of violence, terrorism, and Islamofascism with many Muslims - most of whom agreed with me and I with them.

More Muslims are killed by Islamists each year then are non-Muslims by Muslims and Islamists. Islamists are as much of a danger to non-militant Muslims, as they are to non-Muslims. If you think otherwise, you are very mistaken,

I'll leave your comments up, as is our usual custom, but do find your comments lacking in courtesy and depth. Hopefully, you're much brighter than your writing indicates.
