Whatever happened to plain old 'Good Manners'?

It's about self-centeredness, selfishness, lack of respect and consideration for others, and poor upbringing.
Or have we simply forgotten how to be nice to each other?
Surely we've forgotten that manners says a lot about who we are!

Why is everyone acting like they are suprised by this? Having worked in retail for over fifteen years, I've seen plenty of old ladies pushed, punched, and stomped on "Black Friday." Merry Christmas!
