And it's worth repeating for the benefit of the politically motivated, historical revisionist proponents: Patriotism (definition) - Not uttering falsehoods that damage the country in time of war, simply because your donor base wants to hear them.
Translated, for those that don't get it, putting money before nation doesn't cut the mustard.
