Suicide bombing in Kashmir

As India and Pakistan continue to move towards peace negotiations, the militants who do not want to give up the hold they have over the Kashmir have begun their campaign with a suicide bombing that has killed 4 in the Kashmir region.
This has become the typical response from those terrorists who want to have control over other people. It is the same response that we have seen from the Hezbollah movement, that is there had been an increase in suicide bombings during the peace negotiations and these bombings have not ceased since the handover of the Gaza strip. Now we see the same tactics being employed by Muslims who do not want to negotiate in the Kashmir.
