Saudi jailed for discussing the Bible
Topics: Understanding IslamIt seems that our Saudi "friends" haven't come very far in moving away from Islamofascism and moving toward religious tolerance. A court has sentenced a teacher to 40 months in prison and 750 lashes for "mocking religion" after he "discussed the Bible and praised Jews." The article reminds us that "our friends" live in the "birthplace of Islam," which strictly upholds the "austere Wahhabi school of Islam" and bases its constitution on the Koran and the sayings of Muhammad.
Public practice of any other religion is banned.
And this is what the militant Muslims would like to see you embrace!
And don't think that Islamic intolerance of other faiths is restricted to Saudi Arabia. Did we fail to mention Pakistan?
