Personal values can serve as tonic to relieve stress
Topics: FaithSo thoughts about God, deep personal convictions and social values are actually good for your body - literally? Sounds good, but is it true?
Well, psychologists at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) seem to think so. They've released a report that says that "Reflecting on meaningful values provides biological and psychological protection from the adverse effects of stress."
