Lyons uses curfew laws (Updated)
Topics: TerrorismThe leadership in Lyons invoked the laws relating to the ban on meeting in public places in an effort to bring peace to the city. The Guardian reports that this has brought some peace to the city.
But it's hard to imagine there being "peace in the city" when someone tries to firebomb the mosques, one being the Grand mosque in Paris. Now it could be that this was in retaliation for what has occurred, and the other French citizens are justified in their anger over the damage caused by the riots, but it could also be that the fire-bomber is one of their own. It was the leadership of the Grand Mosque in Paris who issued a fatwah against the riots, thus they would be targets for the more radical elements who have stirred up this trouble. This is just speculation about who had the motive to fire bomb the Grand Mosque.

So how is it that these rioters can justify their attempts to burn down an old age home, and how about that second attempt on a nursery school!
