French riots day 14

Topics: Terrorism

Despite the curfews around Paris, the riots have continued but in a more sporadic fashion. On day 14 the rioters pushed a car into a school in Toulouse as they set the car alight.

Anarchy in the city of Toulouse is not new. In the past the citizens were less tolerant of the anarchists - they called in the Inquisitors to deal with the Cathari (Albigenses). However, it seems that the government officials in Toulouse lack the guts to deal with the young people who have been rioting. Now, they prefer to let them set schools and kindergartens alight, as well as doing nothing to stop these young people ordering people off a bus as they then set the bus alight.

One would think that by day 14 the French officials would be more capable of taking command of the situation, but it seems that the officials lack the imagination, or the will to act to stamp out the violence by imposing curfews on the young people. They seem to be living in some kind of warped or rarified atmosphere, and do not have the capability of dealing with this situation. It is either that or they are simply so naive in their lack of understanding of the fact that they are facing a French Intifada.

How long will it take before they realise that they must act tough to stop the riots? If they lack the courage to deal with this situation, how on earth are they going to manage to react if France was attacked by the Al Qaeda network? France does not seem to have the will to battle against the threat of Islamofacism, and their society and culture face extinction because of their unwillingness or inability to recognize the juxtaposition of the threat to them from Islamists, with their own path of having no place for faith in their culture.
