Dinner with a Bush-hater

Rudeness indeed plagues America, and nearly 70 percent of Americans, according to a recent Associated Press-Ipsos poll, consider people more rude now than 20 or 30 years ago.

In his October 20 piece at Townhall, Larry Elder wrote that over the last 20 years, according to two prominent Democratic strategists, Americans engaged in a kind of "great sorting-out" -- staking out hard, well-defined, even intolerant, ideological political camps, which, in juxtaposition with the results of the AP-Ipsos poll, seems to point to Americans being both rude, and intollerant, while being divided into definite ideological camps.

According to Larry, it now all makes a lot of sense -- only he believes that one side seems a tad more intolerant than the other.

Take a wild guess as to which one is less tolerant ...

Then go read this book.
