Bible denied to inmate at Guantanamo

But they can't have a Bible because "certain books are kept from prisoners because they could 'incite' them."
When is the last time that you heard a hate-filled violent jihadist quoting verses from the Bible? If I'm not mistaken, don't they quote the Quran? And when is the last time that you heard of a Christian or a Jewish suicide bomber?
