Australia set to enact anti-terror laws
Topics: Islam And The War On TerrorActing upon secret information, the Australian government is set to rush through the Parliament new anti-terror laws. The Leader of the Opposition has been briefed and has promised that the new laws will not be obstructed. The amendments to the Criminal Code involve changing the use of "the" to "a" (see "Related" below).
It must be emphasized that the Islamofacists might not be the only ones responsible for threats against Australia, but it is more than likely that they are the ones responsible for such threats. We have some active cells in Australia and for the moment they cannot be touched.
If the Islamofacists think that this is going to cause our troops to be brought out of Iraq and Afghanistan then they are sadly mistaken. It will only strengthen our resolve to come down heavy upon those who threaten the security of the Australian people.
