This story tells us a little about how a Muslim who might have been moderate can end up being accused of plotting to commit an act of terror upon the Australian population. (I have heard a report that the Melbourne group had plans of a building that houses various government departments in Melbourne - and if you remember, Melbourne was specifically mentioned in a communique by Al Qaeda).
He felt angry about the invasion of Iraq. However, I wonder if he ever paused to think about the fact that his fellow Muslims were being killed by Saddam Hussein, or even that Muslims died in New York when the terrorists slammed into the twin towers. I guess he felt no anger over that act of terror...
