The Next Candidate to the Supreme Court (Video)
Topics: Supreme CourtBill Kristol, editor of the Weekly Standard, comments on the next nominee to the Supreme Court. The short list is Samuel Alito, J. Michael Lito and Priscilla Owen and the announcement is likely to occur tomorrow or Monday. Kristol thinks that Alito would be very difficult for Democrats to oppose making him the most likely pick.
