Piglet-ism And The Dhimmi Mentality: Political Correctness Run-amuck

Topics: Dhimmitude
Silly - yes. Laughing matter - absolutely not! Read it all, and by the end of this post - you won't be laughing. Hopefully, you'll be angry.

In light of Tim's post today on the banning of piggy banks, and my previous post, I'm sure that some of our readers may be concerned that piggy banks may be banned everywhere so as not to offend Muslims (I can't help but notice that the Brits have never seemed to be concerned about the Jews in regard to pork - only Muslims). To that regard, I thought it appropriate to point you to where you can get your own "personalized" piggy bank - that is, if you aren't worried about being arrested for being insensitive to Muslims, or that an Islamist might come blow your house up and you along with it for being an offensive infidel.

I also read today that a school in Britain was banning all pig books in the classroom - including "The Three Little Pigs." so as not to offend Muslim students. So I also wanted to point you to where you can get your own copy of the "The Three Little Pigs" before politically correct dhimmis cause them to all be removed from circulation.

Of course that brings up the matter of pork and ham, but for now, that's still available at your corner market (or order online here). That is, until an Islamic caliphate is established and all non-Muslims, having failed to adequately resist the Islamic agenda - will have no say into what they can buy, what they can eat, where they can pray (mosque - yes, church or synagogue - no).

I was wondering what craziness is next in Britain, and then I read:

Is it really a victory for "tolerance" to say that a council worker cannot have a Piglet coffee mug on her desk? And isn't an ability to turn a blind eye to animated piglets the very least the West is entitled to expect from its Muslim citizens? If Islam cannot "co-exist" even with Pooh or the abstract swirl on a Burger King ice-cream, how likely is it that it can co-exist with the more basic principles of a pluralist society? As A A Milne almost said: "They're changing guard at Buckingham Palace/ Her Majesty's Law is replaced by Allah's."

By the way, isn't it grossly offensive to British Wahhabis to have a head of state who is female and uncovered?

And just when I was about to post this, I did one last check in the blogosphere for piglet-related posts and found the mother-of-all-piglet coverage - along with a piglet-related banning that I failed to catch when it first broke. Apparently, British politicians have even banned Whinnie the Pooh's friend, "Piglet."
Pooh%20Friends.jpeg.jpgPoliticians in West Midlands banned the display of toy pigs and other pig-related items in municipal offices as a result of a single complaint from a Muslim. Among the banned items were piggy banks, novelty pig calendars and a tissue box featuring Winnie the Pooh and Piglet.

When asked about the ban, Winnie the Pooh's dear friend, Piglet, said ... * (QuickTime or other .wav player needed)

By now you should be getting the idea that dhimmitude is silly, and it leads to political correctness run-amuck - as it already has with the Brits. From this point on it's all downhill for the Europeans, having already succumbed to Muslims and adopted a dhimmi mentality.

And one last little item, just in case you're thinking that the dhimmi mentality statement is a bit of a stretch, at the above mentioned blog that I referred to as the mother-of-all-piglet coverage, we find:

Previous U.K. successes include banning a 100 year old statue of a wild boar, police seizure of porcelain pigs displayed in the window of a private home, and the removal of a sign referring to "pork" at a British pub frequented by butchers.

Along with Winnie the Pooh, some British schools have also removed or restricted the following "anti-Muslim" children's books...

The Three Little Pigs
Charlottes Web
Babe - The Sheep-pig
Cars and Trucks and Things That Go
Olivia Saves the Circus
Animal Farm

Muslim efforts to impose Islamic standards are not confined to the United Kingdom. Even in Orlando, Florida, a Christian employee of a business owned by a Muslim was fired for eating a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich.

Silly yes. Laughing matter - absolutely not!

"While Muslim demands to change our history and accomodate their religious sensitivities may seem relatively minor in and of themselves, implying no drastic alterations in existing American arrangements but rather only slight adjustments in our already expansive accommodation of social "diversity," cumulatively, however, by whittling away at the existing order, they would change the country's whole way of life--making Islam a major public presence, ensuring that both the workplace and the educational system accommodate its dictates and strictures, adapting family customs to its code of conduct, winning it a privileged position in American life, and finally imposing its system of law.
