Photos Prove Busses Were Working, Used to Evacuate Some of New Orleans, Left Others to Rot

busses were being used to evacuate people from the city.Why, then, were these busses not used to evacuate the Superdome? And
if someone thought to use those busses to evacuate people 48 hours
after the storm hit, and well before the efforts were nationalized,
why did no one think to use those same busses before the storm hit?Roy Nagin has some more "splainin" to do.......
