Lawyer says gang rapist's attacks unavoidable due to his 'traditional views of women'
Topics: Understanding IslamA violent gang rapist attacked several girls, ages 16 and 17, at their family home over a six month period in 2002. He had emigrated from a country with "traditional views of women," and as argued by his barrister, he was a "cultural time bomb" whose attacks were "inevitable."
A violent gang rapist should have been given a lesser sentence partly because he was a "cultural time bomb" whose attacks were inevitable, as he had emigrated from a country with traditional views of women, his barrister has argued. If the rapist had three Pakistani brothers, can we assume that they had emigrated from Pakistan? They came from a "culture" with "traditional views of women." From that can we safely assume that "culture" to be Islamic, the one culture most likely to have so-called "traditional" (sic) views of women? If we were to answer affirmatively to all of these questions, we arrive at both the correct answer and identify the problem here.MSK, who, with his three Pakistani brothers, raped several girls at their Ashfield family home over six months in 2002, was affected by "cultural conditioning ... in the context of intoxification", Stephen Odgers, SC, told the NSW Court of Criminal Appeal yesterday.
MSK, 26, MAK, 25 and MMK, 19, are appealing against the severity of their sentences after they were found guilty of nine counts of aggravated sexual assault in company - a crime carrying a maximum penalty of life imprisonment - against two girls, aged 16 and 17, in July 2002.
MSK and MMK were jailed for 22 years, with a non-parole period of 16½ years, and 13 years, respectively, and MAK for 16 years (12 years non-parole).
Court orders prevent them being named. They are yet to be sentenced for other rapes.
That problem is Islam, which has already proven itself to be a "cultural time bomb" that we are only now recognizing as being a bomb that needs dismantling.

The part I find the most ironic is the quote "cultural conditioning … in the context of intoxification"
ok, so they were muslim, therefore they saw women as nothing more than a sexual appliance to be used as desired. But aren't muslims forbidden from drinking as well? So they willingly admit they don't follow the religion while using it as shield to hide behind? this is called trying to have your cake and eat it too.
This is almost as bad as the cultural pedophilia that is rampant in Mexico. we have a real problem here in Texas with illegals that think that every 12 year old is fair game. somebody needs to shoot the bastards.
