Conversation at Starbucks Redux - On media hypocracy
Topics: Follies of the Mainstream MediaDan Riehl posts on a topic that we covered yesterday in our "Conversation with a Turkish friend at Starbucks," and points to the issue of hypocracy on the part of the media in their coverage of the real attrocities being carried out in this war of civilizations, or rather, the very continuation of civilization itself, that we find ourselves in relative to Islam and terrorism. The media continues to rail about events such as those at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay as attrocities, and the financial contracts of Haliburton, yet ignore those "Gruesome Contractor Deaths."
