Chertoff's Slight Of Hand: 'Our goal is to return every single illegal entrant, no exceptions'

Because that's the real truth of the matter when it comes to anything someone in charge of our immigration policy means when they open their jack--s mouths.
Chertoff's rhetorical slight of hand talks loudly and carries no stick at all.
