Hawaii's Akaka votes against Bush's immigration nominee (Julie Myers)
Topics: Political News and commentariesNow here's an interesting article to be published in a Honolulu newspaper.
The title hawks Hawaiian Senator Akaka's decison, yet the article omits his reasoning and merely quotes a former, objecting, Republican senator from Ohio. Perhaps, Akaka just votes against Republican nominees, because he cannot find a "D" next to their names on the ballot.
