Confirmed: Julie Popovich's Body Found

From "Lost In Lima Ohio," comes this very sad conclusion to the search for Julie Popovich:
"It is a sad end to the search for Julie Popovich. 10TV has learned that scientists have identified remains found Thursday as those of the missing Reynoldsburg woman.Forensic dentists at OSU have concluded that the body found in a bean field is indeed Julie Popovich.
County workers mowing grass found Julie Thursday afternoon in a bean field along Smothers Road. It is about a mile from where a fisherman found the ID Julie was using the night she disappeared.
That was on Thursday, August 11th. Julie was celebrating a co-worker's birthday at a night spot north of the OSU campus.
Police aren't talking about how Julie died, but sources say homicide detectives are making good progress.
Julie Popovich was only 20-years-old. Just last week family and friends held a candlelight vigil to pray for her safe return.
The Franklin County Coroner says an autopsy is underway.
Crime Stoppers is still offering a $50,000 reward for information about Julie's disappearance and murder. That number is 645-TIPS."

Thank you for this update. I remember the original reports. Among the Katrina coverage, I missed this. I hope there's a conclusion that includes an arrest and conviction if this was murder as it appears.

We should note how easy it was to discovered a murdered body of a teenager in a place the size of Ohio. Aruba is considerably smaller than Ohio, and we cannot find a teenager's body ... even with cadaver dogs.

I can't help but think that Natalee isn't on Aruba, hasn't been since the night that she fell victim to the fearsome threesome (foursome including Franky), and is wondering why no one has come to help her, wherever she is.
