11 teens in Holland sentenced for group rapesTopics: Natalee Holloway
A court in Rotterdam has imposed sentences of up to 12 months in youth detention on 11 teenagers who took part in gang rapes of girls. The last three months was suspended. A total 12 teenage boys, aged 14 to 17, appeared before the court. The case against one of the group was adjourned. The defendants were part of a group made up primarily of young boys of who raped three girls aged 13 to 14. Only some of the defendants were involved in each rape.
From the article we learn that for the crime of gang raping young girls, the court ordered the 11 teens to 12 months in youth detention and to take part in a course about "sexuality and sexual behaviour." They were also forbidden from having any contact with the victims (quite thoughtful of the judge, don't you think?).
I can't help but wonder how their gang-raped victims feel about these kids and their court-ordered sentence.
Tough sentence! Joran has nothing to worry about in Holland.

Sees to me that Joran would be even better of at the USA, there you can be a child predator, play with the kids genitals, give them jesus juice to drink, watch some porn movies and then the thoughtfull judge declares you free of all charges

At least in the US there would have been a trial. It wasn't just swept under the rug awaiting a disastrous loss of life to create a distraction and the suspect who lied about where he dropped a victim off and lied and got two innocent men in trouble such as the case with Joran (pronounced Urine)and the Killpoes, oops that is kalpoe's.

If the case had been under USA jurisdiction, the three Aruban suspects would not have been incarcerated. The media would have pressured the police forces, as they did in Aruba, and little time would have been wasted on useless leads.
Second, the first people arrested were the result of solid police work. Don't be misled by media hawking otherwise. At least one of those former-security guards was a solid lead.
Sooner or later, the American, lynch-mob mentality will come to the realization that the three kids didn't do it. When that realizations occurs, then, and only then, an investigation can begin. I hope it happens soon, because Natalee is running out of time in her sex slave incarceration.
