Suspect database to spot extremists
Topics: War on TerrorPA News via The Scotsman has reported that "Extremists who use radical preaching, websites or inflammatory articles to incite others to commit acts of terrorism will face automatic vetting before being allowed into the country:"
Home Secretary Charles Clarke said officials would draw up a list of "unacceptable" activities intended to promote or provoke terrorism in the wake of the London bombings.The Internet, mosques, and Islamic youth centers have long been used to spread Islamofascism and violent jihad. Internet Haganah provides some examples of Internet sites (also here and many others) that promote violence and hate around the world.
The Home Office, Foreign Office and intelligence agencies will compile a database of individuals "around the world" who have demonstrated such behaviour. © Press Association Ltd 2005,
But Britain's greater concern remains inside the country - the Islamic extremists that are already there.
