Ron Regan Vs. Christopher Hitchens: 'An Exchange We Can Appreciate'

Topics: Political News and commentaries

Winfield Myers at Democracy Project has posted on this exchange between Ron Reagan and Chris Hitchens(appropriately entitled, "Ron Reagan just proved that brilliance is not hereditary). Reagan, as Radioblogger describes - like all the other feel first, hate Bush second, think last lefties(in other words - they're Moonbats), is so intent on re-writing history to make the case that the war in Iraq was illegitimate, that he ended up looking like the silly fool that he is.

They debated (Ron Reagan jibbered), terrorism -- where it comes from, and what we should do about it. Reagan tried to contend that Saddam's Iraq had no connection to terrorism, a "remarkably ignorant claim that has become standard fare on the Democratic menu." The exchange occured on MSNBC's Connected: Coast to Coast, and during the fray Christopher Hitchens from Vanity Fair "was involved in a complete verbal undressing of Ron Reagan."

Here's the exchange.....

I found concurance with Radioblogger's description of Ron Reagan as a sad political hack, trying to trade on his father's name, and not having a clue in the world about the war we are facing. All Reagan knows is what the DNC tip sheet tells him(so typical of Moonbatism). That's exactly my view of the pitiful and foolish liberal son of a great and talented man for whom I hold the deepest respect and admiration.

Hat tip - Democracy Project
