Natalee Holloway's Mother Devastated by Release (Updated)Topics: Natalee Holloway
Natalee's mom is not a happy camper, and she thinks the Arubian authorities have lost control of this case and with it, any chance of finding Natalee. So do I! In fact, although I have seen no evidence to support my assumption, I am now begining to believe that Paul van der Sloot just might have more to do with Natalee's disappearance than just helping or advising Joran in the cover-up. Remember, Paul van der Sloot had been at the casino that night too. Could he have seen Natalee? Is there more to the story than our culturally and politically correct little minds have imagined? Wasn't Joran's mom away that night? I ask - you comment.
ORANJESTAD, Aruba - Natalee Holloway's mother said Tuesday she was devastated by the release of an Aruba judicial official in the case of her missing daughter because she was convinced he was hiding information.
"That was a huge blow to us," Beth Holloway Twitty told ABC's "Good Morning America." "We were devastated."
Holloway Twitty said she was convinced Paul van der Sloot knew something after she and others tracked him down soon after Natalee Holloway disappeared while celebrating her graduation from high school in Mountain Brook, Ala.
"I have never sat across from an individual in a well-ventilated room and seen a man sweat so profusely and only increasing in intensity as the 90 minutes (of interviewing) went on," she told "Good Morning America."
(...) "And to where it would drip on the table and his wife would have to get up and get a kitchen towel and wipe him and wipe the table ... I have never seen anything like that."
(...) She told CNN's "American Morning" that she believes Paul van der Sloot "knows the answers."
(...) "I want him to tell the truth," she said. "He knows exactly what happened. He knows what, where, when, who, why and how."
And according to the above AP article, Beth Holloway Twitty told ABC she sleeps every night in her daughter's night shirt in the room where she was staying at the Holiday Inn. Can we possibly imagine the pain and agony that Beth suffers every single night? This lady is made of stern stuff, but how she can hold up to that kind of pain, night after night through the bungling mess that the Arubian authorities have allowed the investigation to become, rips at all of us parents.
If one of my children had disappeared under the circumstances that Natalee did, the Arubians would have to keep the van der Sloots in jail under protective custody, or keep me at Gitmo eating detainee meals of steak and lobster with a woman interrogator playing Britany Spears records(the worst music I can think of on the cuff) and reading loudly to me with quotes from Howard Dean or Ted Kennedy, or, God forbid, that idiot John Kerry or that squirrel - John Edwards. Ughhh.....
Update: Ian, (The Political Teen) posts at Blogs for Natalee:
Fox is reporting that party boat DJ Steven Croes backed up the suspects story before they changed it numerous times and the two van der Sloot men are "saavy" people.
See the video at Blogs for Natalee.
Also, via The Political Teen:
Greta van Susteren gives us updates on what the legal situation in Aruba is. Greta also says that she is unhappy with what is going on and that the law officials should get the following information:
Cell Phone records
That's an interesting comment in the first update, that the two van der Sloot guys, the father and son, are "saavy" people. Again, from the intro of this post - Paul van der Sloot just might have more to do with Natalee's disappearance than only helping or advising Joran in the cover-up. Remember that Paul van der Sloot had been at the casino that night, he could he have seen Natalee, and there certainly can be more to the story than our culturally and politically correct little minds have imagined. And yes, Joran's mom was away while the cats were playing - at least at the casino for sure!

The trouble I would have with this unproven theme of 'Junior and his friends were trolling on behalf of The Judge' is that there seems to be a great deal available on the island without resorting to either drugs or force. I can't see the three young men doing more than giving the Judge 'fourth place' in the line.
I think if Joran wanted to rape Natalee his actions were sparked more by a pre-existing hatred of American males being so protective of the American female tourists. There are some indications of prior confrontations with American males when Joran would approach American females.
Most girls know that if they happen to get raped on their last night on the island, they are not going to stay there for any court or police proceedings, nothing will ever come of their rape complaint, etc. I think most women would know that some time spend idly watching the ceiling as the three (or four) men used her was unlikely to result in any battering or death.
Something happened to turn this case into rape/murder. Either she said she was going to the police or they knew right from the start they were going to kill her and just didn't want to be satisfied with mere rape.

I believe that Tim from Equue search should get scent dogs and give them Natalee's scent and let them lose by the Van der Sloot home or yard and I believe that's where the body is.Sr Vander Sloot knows the searchers would search in and around the beach or in all public areas. He knows searchers can't come to his house and search. That's why he was sweatting rivers, when Beth and Greta went to his house. He was scared to death that they might get some whiff of hint. His house has to be searched for any burned materials or blood in the pipes in his house.
