Why Insurgents Seek Victory by Suicide Bomb
Topics: Middle East News and PerspectivesAn ABC News report asks, "Why would the insurgents in Iraq hold out any hope that war by suicide bomb can win them anything?" The report then answers it's own question with, "Because it has worked before." But it was not in Iraq and as the report points out, there are differences in Iraq that could result in the strategy backfiring on the insurgets.
