Terri Schiavo Bone Scan (Updated)

Topics: Terri Schiavo's Life Counts

Crystal Clear has posted on Terri Schiavo's Bone Scan from 9/91 - SUPRESSED BY MICHAEL Schiavo, found years later, & NEVER INVESTIGATED.

Update(Hyscience's favorite Medblog): CSI MEDBLOGS: CODEBLUEBLOG ANALYZES TERRI SCHIAVO'S STARTLING BONE SCAN

The significance of the bone scan report is that Teri has no known history of trauma, unless it occurred while living with Michael.

(snipets of the report)

...There are an extensive number of focal abnormal areas of nuclide accumulation of intense type. These include, multiple bilateral ribs, the costovestebral aspects of several of the thoracic vestebral bodies, the L1 vestebral body, both sacrolliac joints, the distal right femoral diaphysis, both knees, and both ankles, right greater than left.

... Correlative radiographs are obtained of the lumber spine and of the right femur which reveal compression fracture, minor, superior end plate of L1 and shaggy irregular periosteal ossification along the distal femoral diaphysis and metaphysis primarily ventrally. The patient has a history of trauma, most likely the femoral periosteal reaction reflects a response to a subperiosteal hemorrhage and the activity in L1 correlates perfectly with the compression fracture which is presumably traumatic.

... The presumption is that the other multiple areas of abnormal activity also relate to previous trauma...

You folks are completely nuts. If Terry Schiavo was not in a persistent vegetative state, she would be able to feed herself. How is it starving someone to death who cannot swallow? And is it right to spend so much money on one person who cannot be rehabilitated while millions of children around the globe starve? What's Christian about that?

In response to Molly McGuire. Nuts, you think people who find starvation to be cruel nuts. You don't find it nuts to have one child that you can not feed, and then go and have two or three more children, knowing you can't feed the one. Thats not nuts. We treat our pets with more humanity than this. How you can think that starving someone to death is not cruel and inhumain, leads me to believe that there is somethingvery wrong with you. Nobody knows what she can feel or comprehend, doctors are not gods and are not always right, to think that she might know what is happening to her and that she is going to go through such a horrible death disgusts me to my core. I wouldn't wish such a death on my worst enemy.

Oh dear the ignorant are coming out in force. Molly you are so wrong dear when you claim that anyone who cannot feed him/herself is vegetative. By your definition anyone who suffers a severe brain trauma should be starved to death and not given any form of rehabilitation. No doubt you would want all the babies to die since they are dependent upon being fed by others. Shame on you.

Also you are attempting to mix bananas and grapes when you make the comparison with those who are starving around the world. The difference is that attempts have been made to feed the poor and hungry in those other nations but the people in their government and others have diverted the food so that it has not reached the target.

This issue is about attempted murder, and if you have not checked out all of the issues then I suggest that you put away the soap box and start checking. Then you can join the rest of us who are upset over the injustice that has been perpetrated in the Florida court system.

Her "husband" is a despot who has been trying to kill
her for 15 years that we know of at this point and, as seems par for the course, the courts and
lawyers have been more than happy to accomodate.
That's what this is all about. She is NOT a vegetable.
1. she has language (partial words, appropriate
expressions)
2. she demonstrates communicative intent (tells
when she is in pain without being asked)
3. shows deference to certain people over others
4. laughs, crys, within normal context
(pragmatic skills)

Oh wow. I guess we need to head to every hospital and hospice that is home to someone in Terri's condition and let them know they have no right to live. All those who are in a coma should be the first, you know, people like Sarah Scantlin. After all who would think that after 20 years someone would be able to come out of a coma they were never expected to. Oh wait, that's right, Sarah Scantlin did just that.

While Terri may not get any better then she is right now it is obvious that she is not in a vegetative state like you claim. She has family that love and care for her and have promised to take care of her.

I cannot think of a Hospice that receives public funding. They are generally run by grant money or through a local charity, usually a Catholic charity. Not taxpayer money.

If Terri is allowed to die the only thing that has been accomplished is that Michael has gotten away with murder.

Children around the globe starve because their governments do not take the necessary steps to feed their people. These governments are, without exception, either secular or non-Christian. There is plenty of food being produced, it's just not getting where it is needed. You’ve set up a false dichotomy.

What IS Christian (or at least my flavor which is Catholicism) is saying the committing an evil act is NEVER justified, even if good somewhere else comes out of it.

I am praying for both Terri, her family, and her husband. I think that we should continue to pray while this whole thing is going on. and as angry as we are at Terri's husband, pray for him too.

texanista, FYI: Medicare & Medicaid pay for hospice care, as do most private insurance plans, I believe.

Withholding food that is available to anything that is living is unjust on any level and in any country. What about the elderly? Are they to be next? Our government is low on funds so when they are senile and are of no use to the general public, are we going to publicly execute them as well? How barbaric! And we say other countries are evil and murderers? This is the most absurd thing I have ever been a part of. A public hanging -- done 21st century style -- we'll just starve them to death, post guards and dare anyone to save them. We need a real HERO.

This poor woman doesn't require anything more than the most healthy of individuals to sustain her life -- food, water. That's it. Pretty basic. My heart cries for her parents. How they can eat knowing their child is being publicly starved is beyond me. God be with this family and please save Terri.

And is it right to spend so much money on one person who cannot be rehabilitated while millions of children around the globe starve? What's Christian about that?

Who said it was all Christians that wanted Terri to live? LOL You are eaten up with pure hatred. Let me show you mine.

Nelly Mae, how do you know Terri can't swallow? Because your God Ghoul Felos, his Death worshipping Doctors said so? By the way, one of them thinks you have no constitutional rights if you developed Alzheimer Disease, he would put you to death in a heart beat. Who said Terri couldn't swallow? That she was a "Plant", hottie Michael Schiavo told you so? Check your facts before you call anyone that wants to defend an innocent handicapped woman's (TERRI SCHINDLER) honor and life and her US Constitutional Rights. Her Legal Guardian has moved on and boinked and created two children with a hussy. He has no rights over Terri! And speaking of compassion, would love to hear how you feel about Hottie Michael depriving Terri's own parents, brother and sister, her "ashes" to have a proper burial for her. Refuses to cut a lock of her hair for her family before he cremated her, within hours of the autopsy. Would not allow them to have The Schindler's own doctor present during that autopsy with his privileged "Husband" status. This MONSTER would not even "loan" Terri's remains to her own blood family. Michael Schiavo is a MONSTER....He KILLED HIS WIFE, there is no disputing that. IT IS YOU THAT IS NUTS~! Anyone that agrees or sees this man in any other light is NUTS~! I dare you to go look at Terri's vinegar swab videos and tell me that woman is a PVS "PLANT" YOU ARE ONE INCH AWAY FROM A REVOLUTION IF YOU PUSH THIS DEATH CRAP-RIGHT TO KILL WITHOUT MY WRITTEN IMPLIED CONSENTON ME~! IN other words, Nellie Mae, it will never happen. http://www.terrisfight.org/center.html

And now, Steven Ertelt at LifeNews.com reports that a new Zogby poll with fairer questions shows the nation clearly supporting Terri and her parents and wanting to protect the lives of other disabled patients. For example, the Zogby poll found that, if a person becomes incapacitated and has not expressed their preference for medical treatment, as in Terri's case, 43% say "the law presume that the person wants to live, even if the person is receiving food and water through a tube" while just 30% disagree.

The poll asked another question: "If a disabled person is not terminally ill, not in a coma, and not being kept alive on life support, and they have no written directive, should or should they not be denied food and water?" A whopping 79% said the patient should not have food and water taken away while just 9% said yes.

In addition, the poll also lent support to members of Congress who passed legislation seeking to prevent Terri's starvation to death and help her parents take their lawsuit to federal courts.

Respondents were asked, "When there is conflicting evidence on whether or not a patient would want to be on a feeding tube, should elected officials order that a feeding tube be removed or should they order that it remain in place?" In response, 42% said it should be ordered to remain in place and only 18% said the feeding tube should be removed.

And finally, when asked directly about Terri's case and told the her estranged husband Michael "has had a girlfriend for 10 years and has two children with her," 56% of Americans believed guardianship should have been turned over to Terri's parents while only 37% disagreed.

So, are we now hearing apologies from the mainstream media for reporting biased polling results? Are we seeing the REAL poll results from the UNBIASED polling that shows how the majority of Americans REALLY felt on this issue?

NO. The media have refused to report on this. So, it's up to YOU AND I to FORCE them to report it. And it will only take you a minute or two to do it.

TAKE ACTION: We've set up our site so that you can send messages to YOUR local media -- newspapers, television, radio, etc. -- DEMANDING that they report on the BIAS of the original polls, and that they report the results of the new UNBIASED polling that shows that the majority of Americans do in fact agree with what we tried to accomplish in working to save Terri Schiavo's life.

You can only send to five local media sources at a time, but feel free to use our pre-written form repeatedly to FORCE the media to DO THEIR JOBS and report the FACTS -- Click below NOW:

"And is it right to spend so much money on one person who cannot be rehabilitated"

Newsfash, it was MONSTER HOTTIE MICHAEL that was blowing your tax money from your job at McDonald's flipping burgers, NOT HER PARENTS! They wanted to take her to their own home and care for her there. Not to mention Monster received 1 million bucks to take care of her and stuck her in Hospice for five years!
What did he do with that money, since you are so concerned about "money".

There's a place for you, it is called SAUDI ARABIA! And here is my JACK BOOT KICKING YOU THERE!

Listen to yourself!
