"Mr. Schiavo and all of us are very grateful for the order of the U.S. Supreme Court. Terry is resting 'comfortably'. She is dying. She is in the death process. Michael Schiavo is with her constantly. The family can visit her subject to the terms of the court's restraining order. We have acted on a rumor that DCF will try to kidnap Terry at 4pm today. We filed a restraining order with Judge Greer against DCF 30 minutes ago."
-George "Liar Liar" Felos, director of the "Hospice" Death Camp kidnapping Terri, attorney hitman paid $700,000 to murder Terri, funded by Terri's $1.3-million "rehabilitation" verdict by mafiosi serial killer Michael "Black Widower" Schiavo, "campaign contributor" to Judge Greer, CNN, DAY 7 WITHOUT WATER, 23 March 2005
"When is she going to die? Has she died yet? When is that bitch gonna die? Can't anything be done to accelerate her death - won't she ever die?"
-Sheriff's Dept employee and insurance company owner Michael Shithead Schiavo, after strangling his wife, breaking her bones, and injecting her with insulin to cause coma and death, and worried she may testify against him for attempted murder, affidavits of nursing staff who Michael banned from taking care of Terri, interviews on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC News, March 2005 (only reported AFTER Death Sentence carried out)
"I want to live!"
-Terri Schindler "Schiavo", Emergency Motion for Injunction and Immediate Relief, File No. 90-2908GD-003, Circuit Court Pinellas County, March 18, 2005

-Governor George "Texascutioner" Bush Jr, CNN Larry King Live, 1999, re his refusal to commute the death sentence of confessed axe-murderer Karla Faye Tucker
"Doesn't he think he's Jesus Christ or something? Why don't we just crucify him?"
-Senator Howard Futch, Florida, re Governor J.E.B. Bush firing up Sparky #2 to fry brain-damaged killer Thomas Provenzano
"The law of this case is that she will die. I don't want anyone trying to feed that girl."
-Judge George Greer, trial lawyer, Pinellas County probate court, 2001 (paid "campaign contributions" by Michael Schiavo, stolen from Terri's $700,000 "rehab" verdict, paid to $700,000 hitman George Felos; excommunicated from his Baptist church in March 2005)
"It is a proven fact that Mr. Schiavo had at least one affair and fathered an illegitimate child while still married to Terri before she was injured. He is paying child support. Since her injuries, it is also a proven fact that he has been with numerous women one with whom he now has one child with another on the way. No one has investigated nor seems to even care that the night that this happened to Terri they had had a huge fight. She had confided to family members and friends that he had become abusive and controlling. She was advised not to go home that night but to spend the night with a girlfriend but she went home. Hours later he called Bob Schindler saying Terri was on the floor hurt. He did not call 911 first. There are medical records that sustain the fact that Terri suffered multiple broken bones that night and came to the hospital with a rigid neck. I have all that info if you are interested and would be happy to send to you. To say that Mr. Schiavo loves Terri is nonsense. I wish that just one person would print the truth about this guy. I truly believe that the only reason he wants her dead so much is because he never wants her to come out of this and point the finger at him for battering her almost to death. He wants to finish what he started that night."
-Kathleen Walker, "Terri Was Advised Not To Go Home The Last Night"
"In preparation for Terri's October 2002 trial, her ER records were reviewed and it was plainly noted in the 'Admitting Summary' that Terri had a 'rigid neck' when she was admitted to the hospital. These injuries were never disclosed to Terri's family, nor -- to their knowledge -- were they ever investigated. The doctor reviewing these records testified that the only other patient he treated with similar injuries was the victim of an attempted strangulation."
-TerrisFight.org, Myths, Questions and Facts
"Terri's medical condition was systematically distorted and misrepresented. When I worked with her, she was alert and oriented. Terri spoke on a regular basis while in my presence, saying such things as 'mommy,' and 'help me.' 'Help me' was, in fact, one of her most frequent utterances."

Terri's husband is murdering her with the court's approval. May he and his attorney and the f' judge that sentenced her to death rot in hell.

John Lee, that was an excellent summary of the whole sorry mess.
I despair because of what is happening in this situation.
I have new information regarding the planning and motivation that Michael Schiavo is engaged in an act of premeditated murder. He waited until the statue of limitations could protect him regarding his own fraud in this case before making the request to kill and torture Theresa by a slow and painful death process.
Think about it. What is the length of time after which an investigation is not meant to happen when someone has committed perjury? Someone has informed me that it is 4 years. How long after the compensation money was awarded did Michael Schiavo suddenly remember that his wife stated that she would not want to live like this and that she had begged him to make sure that she was not kept alive? The answer is 4 years.

Has anyone ever heard this in the MSM. these are my post at another site, the Anchoress.
Is Judge Greer legally blind?
Read the 7th paragraph in this article in the International Herald Tribune of March 18, 2005 with a byline by Abby Goodnough of the NY Times.
Never, in all my years of following this case have I seen this mentioned.
What does it matter? I know Judge Greer is competent. But what about his clerks? Remember Judge Greer is the only Jurist to actually see evidence and interview witnesses in the Terri Schindler Schiavo case, a capital case for all intents and purposes. If he is legally blind, and has a clerk read all documents for him, it is imperative for every word spoken by the clerk to the judge to be part of the official record. Every word. Including when the Judge returned to chambers to view documents. Content is not the only issue in determining the validity of a document. You can't judge the validity of the CBS Rathergate memos by content alone. You have to look at the paper, typeface, style, PO Box/Zip, etc. A hundred details. Is the clerk an expert equivalent to Judge Greer on document inspection? Is he/she specially trained to communicate to the Judge all the details? Whether signature matches the typed name exactly.etc., etc., etc. Did the clerk provide all the visual clues to Judge Greer when a witness testified? Body languge, mannerisms, appearance, facial expressions, sweat, etc.? Clues we use to determine if someone is telling the truth.
If all the words communicated by the clerk are not on record, there would be no way for subsequent counsel or review courts to actually determine what Judge Greer actually saw or didn't see. You can not presumptively assume he reviewed all documents to the normal extent of a Jurist of his age and experience and qualifications. The qualifications of the clerk, or clerks would become an issue.
I have seen original court documents and I did not see anything at all related to this matter.
Maybe this explains why nobody noticed the absence of a doctor's signature (required) on the Woodside admission form. It attests to the accuracy of the information on the form, including the fact that the patient has only 6 mos. to live--required because Woodside is Federally funded to provide care for terminal patients only. Terri, in fact was not terminal, having a normal life expectancy of 35+ additional years, barring events like those occuring now. Admission to Woodside is a critical aspect of this case. If Terri had not been admitted into Woodside, Michael Schiavo would have had to use the money in the malpractice settlement fund for Terri's care, rather than having it available to spend on legal counsel to persue terminating her life by withdrawing food and water. Sources put that at $700,000 to Felos, et al(records are sealed) (in the MSNBC piece, $1 million +)
Woodside was more likely to follow Michael's directives regarding withholding care, like antibiotics, without reporting it to the State as patient abuse. It is a terminal care facility.

Darrell, you raise excellent points, however, I thought that Judge Greer was "legally" blind. That means it is possible that he can read.
On the other hand it raises doubt about the decision making process that has come from Greer. Yet, Greer has connections to Woodside and that casts even more doubt on this whole sorry episode.
Since I live in another country it really is very difficult to be able to do something positive. The best that I can do is point up the deficiencies in the testimony provided by the Attorney of Death from the Dr Death Cranford.

In my opinion, somehow...someway, legal guardianship must be taken away from Michael Schiavo. I am sure the Schindler lawyers have thought of this, but why can't their marriage be nullified somehow since he is a known adulterer for at least the last 10 years or so? Or..could it be taken from the angle of him being a bygamist, seeing that he is currently married to Terri, yet "shacked up" with some other chick for so long? Does Florida have common-law marriages? If none of us can do anything here on earth, God will handle Michael Schiavo someday. I am convinced there is a special seat in Hell, waiting for him.
