If this is how the state of Florida treats it's disabled people, and the state is high in the number of elderly, that scares me.

Likely, this will come as no big revelation to many of you who are more familiar to the Terry Schiavo case.

Evil and corrupt dealing is the only LOGICAL explanation at this point--really. Don't immediately dismiss the idea, as I'm not fanatic, if half of this is true it is most alarming. What if all the following is true?

Oprah, and main stream media, take note.

One of the networks (ABC?) has done a piece on Scientology before. Why not another? See the following fodder. This is easily dug up by anyone with a browser and a good search engine. But, since it is based on sources online although apparently credible too, the veracity of the reports needs to be confirmed--but, would be well worth corroboration.

Try the following on Google:
greer demers scientology clearwater florida

The main references being the following two with some excerpts below:

http://libertytothecaptives.net/scientology_clearwater_bar_association_judge_greer.html

http://www.rickross.com/reference/scientology/

Here are some of the apparently credible allegations, which ought to be followed up by someone more able than I to do so. In a nutshell:

1) A SCIENTOLOGY CLEARWATER BAR DEMERS & GREER CONNECTION

I.e., that there's a Justice Greer, Florida's Clearwater Bar Association, Justice Demers, Wally Pope--Scientology Connection as pointed out here:

http://libertytothecaptives.net/scientology_clearwater_bar_association_judge_greer.html

Here's a quote:

"Scientology attorney Wally Pope—who represented his "church" in the Lisa McPherson case—was the individual selected [it is implied selected by the Clearwater Bar Association] to bestow this high honor on Judge Greer! Wally cited high ideals, personal character, and judicial competence:"

Judge Greer received this bar association's highest honor! That says a lot about the value of the disabled to them does it not? There are links to the St. Petersburg Times article:
http://sptimes.com/2004/05/15/Northpinellas/Lawyers_laud_judge_in.shtml,
and quite a few other links to the original sources--and yes, this is regarding the Schiavo case!

2) SCIENTOLOGY CLEARWATER & DEVALUING THE DISABLED

The report on libertytothecaptives.net also points out the heavy devaluing of the disabled in the writings of scientology, as a relation

Again from libertytothecaptives:

"According to L. Ron Hubbard's doctrines, a disabled person wants to die. "

"The 'judicial competence' that Judge Greer has exhibited in his handling of the Terri Schiavo case is clearly the kind that ignores evidence and even Florida statutes in order to uphold Scientology doctrine—which requires the deletion of 'social contagions' (the disabled) from society. It is no coincidence that a Scientology attorney—who was a lead attorney in the Lisa McPherson case—personally bestowed this award to Judge Greer. Greer's decisions to consistently rule in favor of terminating a disabled person do reflect high ideals—in the sight of Scientology. "

As well, there is a heavy Scientological connection to Clearwater--no surprise there:

"How does saying 'doubt is not a crime' infringe on their rights?" Oliver asks. "How much power does the church exert on local government?"

Clearwater is the religious retreat for the church, whose membership is either the 8 million worldwide that it claims, for the 200,000 that critics assert. Los Angeles, where Hollywood stars like John Travolta and Tom Cruise are prominent Scientologists, is the administrative headquarters. The street in front of the Los Angeles office was recently renamed L. Ron Hubbard Way after Scientology's founder. "

3) SCIENTOLOGY SATANISM AND THE ANTI-CATHOLIC GNOSTIC O.T.O:

Now to expose the more roots of evil at work here, at least that are shown to be the roots of Scientology. The specific Florida connection is documented in an essay The Corruption of Scientology, by a Mr. Chris Owen. A copy online from an anti-scientology site can be found here:
http://www.holysmoke.org/sdhok/essay.htm

An excerpt:
"As far as I can ascertain, Brother John [Parsons] has put in all of his money . . . Meanwhile, Ron and Betty [Sara Northrup] have bought a boat for themselves in Miami for about $10,000 and are living the life of Riley, while Brother John is living at rock bottom, and I mean rock bottom. It appears that originally they never secretly intended to bring this boat around to the California coast to sell at a profit, as they told Jack, but rather to have a good time on it on the east coast . . ." 5

L.Ron Hubbard (the founder of Scientology) is, Owen implies, the Ron in the quote, A.Crowley--the satanist, and Parsons, of the Order Templi Orientalis (AKA O.T.O, and Temple of Thelema), that they were at least aquaintences is documented in numerous resources online, and many that these were all supposedly friends in Florida in the 40s--anyone surprised? I surely as there is a God and His son Jesus Christ, the Victor, would not be. It appears to be a well documented fact that these were friends or personally associated.

Also no big surprise: the O.T.O. is, if any temple is, directly opposed to Theresa Marie Schindler Schiavo's, and the Schindler family's Catholicism. They O.T.O. hold regular Gnostic Masses--possibly near you.

Researches who will help to inform the MSM take note: There are many references and resources here: http://www.rickross.com/reference/scientology/
Rock Ross is a cult expert, and a Christian I believe.

One of the most important questions at this point:
How much power does Scientology exert on the local government--despite the laws of Florida, and despite the declaration of independence and the constitution and those inalienable rights these are to defend?

How about impartial JUSTICE for Theresa Marie Schindler Schiavo!

Richard, I'm unsure if posts are getting through but I want to drive to Tampa on Thursday from Orlando with my brain injured husband , Matt who I've cared for at home over 15 yrs. We are only an hour or so away and I think we can help clear-up some matters. When I ask Matt " did you ever want to be like this ? "NO" "would you want to be in an institution? "NO" "do you want to die? "NO" He sometimes freezes and may need to be cued but he is very aware and bless his heart a willingness to please. He tries. I think I can be very helpful to explain the importance of rehab and "slow to recover "brain injury not to mention a spouse realing caring for their loved one (totally unlike Micheal). I also have a reporter from wo6o news radio that wants to interview us. I am just a little afraid to drive alone to an area where I know no one. Getting a hotel room would not be a problem since my husband is not as strong as he was since breaking a hip a few yrs back. Please e-mail me at Stillcarynon@earthlink.net to help guide me or if you need my phone #.

Thank you,
