I'd urge you to talk to our support team for TypePad if you keep having these problems. We're not seeing these issues for any of the thousands of other TypePad members, so it may be a problem specific to your situation that we could help resolve.

To get help, just click on "Help" within the TypePad interface.

We use two different computers in two different locations - the same problems occur exactly the same way. The only difference between the two locations is different Wi-Fi providers, but again, same loading problems. We have gone through numerous 'help' tickets without the random events being resolved. We are unable to speak to a live person, ever, and although the 'help' ticket responders are very helpful and seem very willing to help, the problem continues off and on and off and on... Not having a telephone contact like with other providers is a problem. After trying numerous times to use the 'help' ticket system and getting a proxy server error, we finally, after the system started to work again - resorted to posting on it.

Just noticed the comment from typepad about clicking on the help tab. For some time today clicking on the help tab got no where at all. Then, finally a proxy server error. In other words, we could have clicked our little hearts out and still have gotten no where. Finally, a couple hours later, we were able to use the system again. By then we had given up and just posted on the problem.

Tonight the speed is definately fifty percent better, so either the random problem has changed on it's own or typepad has done some tweaking. The problem is definately random and the biggest problem is publishing and the stats tab while under control pad.
