From One Marine To Another - God Bless You Cpl. Robert P. Warns II.

After reading Black Five's post tonight on Cpl. Robert P. Warns II, 23, of Waukesha, Wisconsin, who died Nov. 8 as a result of enemy action in Babil Province, Iraq, I viewed the video that was available on his site. A reader, Andrew J. had sent Black Five the link to a Tribute for Fallen Marine Bobby P. Warns II.

The video tribute to Cpl. Bobby Warns should be mandatory viewing for every American. It is a 24 MB, five-minute, heart-felt, incredibly beautiful presentation of what is right with America - our youth. From this old Recon Marine comes my gratitude for his service to our country, my sadness for his sacrifice, and my compassion for his family.

I salute you Bobby, my brother, and I know that if I make it to heaven, you'll be there with our other Marine brothers, guarding the streets and the gate. I know that you are in heaven, because you've already spent your time in hell. And hell we Marines know something about.

May God be with you and your family.
