Democrats Offended By Bush Photo

Topics: National News

Unless it's during election season, I don't usually post about national politically-related matters. But this is an exception. I think I've just about had enough of the kind of Democratic sour grapes(these people need to get over it) going on in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where Democratic City Council member Nelson Polite demanded that a baker remove photos of President Bush from his stand in Lancaster's farmers' market because he thinks that the city needs a "healing period" following the bitterly contested presidential election. I think Democratic City Council member Nelson Polite needs to take a few deep breaths, breath-in, breath-out, breath-in, breath-out and hold it (just kidding). Enough already, the baker should tell the guy to go to hell and then go get a bigger picture of President Bush. I'd say the same thing if it was a Republican Councilman saying it about a Democratic President (perish the thought)!

Go read California Yankee's post, he has the whole story and the link.
