Topics: Political News and commentariesBecause we are only four days away from the election, two terrorist tapes have been aired, and our country is on the verge of what may well be the most important election of our lifetime, the very first post of this blog is to encourage everyone that can vote to vote early and vote for George W. Bush.
George Bush is certainly not without his faults, and he certainly makes mistakes. But we know that he is sincere, he is compassionate, he cares about the sanctity of human life, and he will not abandon Israel. Although a Christian, I as do most other Christians strongly believe that Israel is important to Jews and Christians alike, and we must stand by her and the continuance of civilized society(although unfortunatey, this hasn't always been the case). Israel has suffered much too long from Arab terrorism (not limited to Palestinians). If we have to fight for our way of life, let us do so on foreign soil, not in the United States. We have in President Bush, a man of principle and conviction, and someone we can count on to do everything possible to defend our nation. He has proven that he will act without waiting for France, Germany, and Russia to give us permission to go after the terrorists, where ever they are and preemptively if necessary.
When this election is over we all have to get back to working together, Republican and Democrat alike. Let's do the right thing and make sure that we continue to have a country to live in, and one that doesn't exist under Islamic law.
